Rental and Reservation Terms

Booking and eligibility

Your reservation is confirmed by WhatsApp. Pickup and return locations/times are agreed with NZN. The main renter and additional drivers must present valid identity and driving documents. Minimum age is 21 for categories A/B and 25 for C/D/E/M. A driving licence must have been held for more than two years; foreign licences are accepted.

Price and payment

Agreed prices include taxes. A 10% advance toward the rental price is required before delivery; the remaining 90% is paid when the vehicle is delivered, by cash or card. There is no security deposit. The advance is part of the rental price, not a security deposit.

Mileage is unlimited. An additional driver costs 200 MAD per rental period; a child seat costs 200 MAD per rental period, not per day. Agree any additional charges before confirming the booking.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time is free, with a full refund of the 10% advance. For cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup or a no-show, the entire 10% advance is retained as the cancellation fee. After vehicle pickup, unused days are non-refundable, except where mandatory law applies or by express commercial agreement.

Refunds

Refund transfers are sent within three business days from receipt of the cancellation request. Bank arrival times are not guaranteed.
